The slates found beneath the old dining room floor are now laid in the bar and compliment the beautiful Brathay slate bar top and antique furniture.

Chalkboards reveal our seasonal menu- take a look at a sample. Wines & Champagne by the glass and foreign draught and bottled beers alongside a range of hand pulled real ales.

Two rooms off the bar provide ample space to eat and drink or just to relax with a pint and a daily newspaper in front of one of two open fires.
